Our 30-Day Guarantee

We believe in our product. That's why we offer a 30-day sleep satisfaction guarantee — one of the most generous in the industry for digital audio products.

How It Works

If you have used the DeepDrift tracks for at least 14 consecutive nights and have not noticed any improvement in your sleep quality, we will issue you a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@deepdriftaudio.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • We ask that you give the tracks a genuine 14-night trial before requesting a refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Technical Issues

If you have experienced a technical issue — such as a download link not working, corrupted files, or incorrect files delivered — we will resolve this immediately at no charge, regardless of when the issue occurred. Contact us at hello@deepdriftaudio.com.

Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, unless you have already downloaded the product and consented to immediate delivery. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights.
