1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital audio products by DeepDrift Audio ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products sold by DeepDrift Audio are digital downloads. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the audio files for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal licence to:

• Download and store the audio files on your personal devices
• Play the files for personal sleep use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the files with others
• Use the files in commercial projects, YouTube videos, podcasts, or any public content
• Claim ownership or authorship of the audio

4. Delivery

Download links are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Links are valid for 30 days and allow 3 downloads per file. If you experience issues, contact us at hello@deepdriftaudio.com.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the download, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon download. Our separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day sleep satisfaction guarantee. If you use the tracks for at least 14 nights and are not satisfied with the results, contact us for a full refund. This is a voluntary guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
